This terracotta sculpture from the “Marinelle” series depicts a seated woman with her hat raised in the wind. Handcrafted, decorated with engobes and finished with wax, this terracotta piece is one of a kind. The matte surface gently reflects the light, bringing out the different shades of pink, contrasting with the black and the colour of the terracotta. A woman sitting by the sea, sheltered from the sun under her hat, caressed by the sea breeze, enjoys a moment of tranquillity and harmony. Wooden stand not supplied. As shown in the picture it has a small crack.
